The Campaign Design Specialist is responsible for working with their Director, M&A Directors, Managers, and Analysts to manage the execution of marketing campaigns, tests, and research on the marketing database. This will be accomplished by identifying potential revenue generating campaign opportunities and making recommendations to the Marketing Group for execution. The Specialist will be responsible for evaluating overall effectiveness of list strategies to continually improve the campaign process and speed to market. Key to this is collaboration on campaign strategy and understanding of database functionally to reach correct targets. Management of database campaign activities within Marketing and related partners through the list execution of direct mail, email, social, telemarketing sales, and research. This also includes adhoc campaign requests along with Marketing Managers in a timely and efficient manner. Manage incoming campaign data requirements and data development consistent to the lists. Build deep relationships with relevant business and marketing partners requires a medley of strengths in communication, problem solving, leadership, and troubleshooting skills.



  • 1-2 yrs of experience working with campaign management software, such as Unica, Adobe Campaign/Neolane
  • Strong understanding of complex relational databases
  • Understanding of Direct Marketing process
  • Ability to manage follow through on projects from start to finish with strong time management
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Database Administration, or equivalent discipline and/or experience
  • Proficiency in JavaScript highly preferred
  • Experience with browser based marketing systems like PerfTech is a plus.
