The Commercial Product Manager is responsible for Product Development and lifecycle management, sales of AUSA Voice and Unified Communications. Oversees all aspects  of the services from analysis, development, and implementation of new revenue, opportunities and cost efficiencies to establishing business requirements and managing the product evolution and operations.  Manager is catalyst for new strategic initiatives jumpstarting critical programs by organizing cross-functional teams internally and externally to AUSA to deliver projects on time and on budget. 


• Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company   values
• Develop, implement, and manage cross-functional project plans, programs, and process improvements to ensure product success and profitability across marketing, finance, engineering, systems development, customer service, sales and operations
• End-to-end program management including business case creation, product requirements and use-cases, new product and feature trials, deployments, sales and marketing strategy and support as well as operational issue troubleshooting and resolution
• Collaborates with cross-functional organizations to drive implementation of joint solutions, business cases, product requirements and business processes for new or improved product features, call plans, devices and solutions
• Acts as a central point of contact and liason to regional operations, engineering and sales personnel to drive sales and market needs including targeted vertical market strategies
• Conducts product lifecycle analysis to ensure growth and profitability of Video, Voice and data products and sales strategies
• Develop financial outlooks and 5 - 10 year financial business plan and forecasting for new and existing products
• Develop and manage Market Penetration analysis, assess and select 3rd party vendors, recommend business partners and negotiate contracts, analyze and communicate findings and recommended strategies
• Oversee complex products and process decisions including RFP’s, pricing, competitive analysis to support all sales channels including Outside and Inside sales, outbound sales.
• Reporting  and analysis of sales, revenue and performance
• Drives commercial strategies that will enhance budgeted revenue, unit and cash flow objectives


• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Advanced knowledge of business to business telecommunications products and technologies with the responsibility of supporting, process and product development. 
• Minimum of 5-8 years of business telecom experience.
• Minimum of 5-8 years managing complex, strategic projects under minimal or no supervision
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives and work across all levels of the organization. 
• Advanced understanding and master level of expertise in project management
• Strong understanding of end-to-end service delivery process from order entry and provisioning through billing and troubleshooting
• Exceptional interpersonal/people skills including verbal and written communications skills, including listening and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate communications and projects across cross functional teams.
