the Digital Support Specialist utilizes video platform management with primary focus on demand and scheduled maintenance, new element and service implementation. Project management of required element installation sequencing during platform upgrades, replacements and required additions. Maintain timeframes and customer impact agreements. (TV Guide, Triveni, Controller Upgrades, VOD, DSG, Caller ID). Administrative assignments Composes letters and memoranda from verbal direction or from knowledge of company policy and procedures. Establish and maintain project communications; identifies and manages project issues. Relieves management of administrative details as directed. Implementation and support to ensure projects smoothly transition from engineering tasks to operations processes and procedures. Determines format and compiles data, and creates presentations, reports and materials for meetings conferences. Maintain a strong positive relationship with equipment vendors and work closely for developing strategies for better deployment, recovery and understanding of the technologies. Prepare and present video technology related training materials to Suddenlink engineers related to equipment installation and support, as well as general video technology subjects.
