The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the product management of Altice USA’s premium service offerings and partnerships, a multimillion dollar portfolio expected to grow to five-fold over the next 18 months. The product management team is directly responsible for the P&L, go-to-market strategy, launch, and day-to day operational management and end-to-end customer experience of the portfolio, which includes the company’s premium service offerings and future connected home offerings. This position rolls up into a larger Strategy and Business Development team, which is tasked with growing new revenue streams for the company.
The Senior Analyst will get direct exposure to senior leaders across the company, including Marketing, Sales, Training, Billing & Collections, Field Tech, Stores, Customer Care, IT, Legal, Readiness and Business Planning, and will be expected to work cross functionally with their cross functional peers to grow and manage the customer base. For service offerings where Altice USA works with a third-party company, the Senior Analyst must bring excellent partner management skills to the role in order to effectively manage the third party and the third party’s respective cross-functional teams.
This role will have direct leadership over a subset of the service offerings portfolio and be given autonomy to move the goals of the team forward. The Senior Analyst should be a self-starter and must think holistically about how the team’s portfolio fits into the overall strategy of the company.
·Bachelor’s degree required; Masters a plus.
·A minimum of one year experience (which can include an internship) in non-technical product management role in a Fortune 500 environment.
·Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze large data sets and create customized reporting.
·Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with peers, staff, senior management, vendors and front line employees.
·An ability to present and discuss customer experience financial, operational, legal and other relevant product information in a clear and concise way that explains complex topics, is persuasive and promotes consensus.
·Strong writing, problem-solving and analytical skills.
·Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from management, cross functional partners and the marketplace.
·Highly flexible, creative and inquisitive.
·Experience interfacing with senior/executive leaders a plus.
*This role is currently based in Bethpage, NY with a future location change to Long Island City, Queens, NY before March 2018. Altice USA provides a complimentary shuttle service from the Hicksville Long Island Rail Road station to the company’s headquarters where this role is based.
