Altice USA is one of the largest broadband communications and video services providers in the United States. We are a subsidiary of Altice NV, a convergent global leader in telecom, content, media, entertainment and advertising founded in 2001 by entrepreneur Patrick Drahi. We are driven by a philosophy to always challenge ourselves. We question everything so that we can find the best way forward for our customers. And in a world where continuous innovation is the only way forward, we are redefining the vision we have for our customers, enterprises, advertisers - and our people.
The Senior Product Management Associate will be responsible for the product management of Altice USA’s value added service offerings and partnerships, a multimillion dollar portfolio expected to grow to five-fold over the next 18 months. The product management team is directly responsible for the P&L, go-to-market strategy, launch, and day-to day operational management and end-to-end customer experience of the portfolio. The portfolio includes future connected home offerings, premium remote technical support, internet security, premium on-site installations and low-income broadband. This position will work with some of the country’s leading connected home and service brands and rolls up into the larger Product Management and Acquisition Strategy team, which is tasked with product management for all of Altice USA’s offerings and developing the strategy for acquiring new customers.
The Senior Associate will get direct exposure to senior leaders across the company, including Operations, Marketing, Sales, Training, Billing & Collections, Field Tech, Stores, Customer Care, IT, Legal, Readiness and Business Planning, and will be expected to work cross functionally with their peers to grow and manage the customer base. For service offerings where Altice USA works with a third-party company, the Senior Associate must bring excellent partner management skills to the role in order to effectively manage the third party and the third party’s respective cross-functional teams.
This role will have direct leadership over a subset of the value added services portfolio and be given autonomy to move the goals of the team forward. The Senior Associate should be a self-starter and must think holistically about how the team’s portfolio fits into the overall strategy of the company.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Vet and maintain a drug-free and smoke-free workplace.
