The Programming Coordinator provides support across the breadth of work provided by the Programming team.  Duties include analytical, and project-based work supporting all aspects of programming acquisition and contract compliance.




Conduct market research; track and compile industry trends and competitive analysis.
Edit presentations and documents; create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
Lead or support ad-hoc projects and initiatives throughout the year that are related to the fulfillment of departmental goals and objectives, including management of timelines and deliverables.
All other general administrative support for Programming team members including maintenance of programming contracts and other department files, liaising with internal and external contacts, and responding to issues and tasks involving the administrative functions of the department. Other duties as assigned.
Prepare and submit monthly cross channel spot schedule to AMS traffic.
Prepare and submit quarterly coop and other marketing invoices (with supporting affidavits and affidavit reconciliation) to Network/Programmers and secure collection of revenue.
Supply Accounting with copies of invoices, payment checks, and YTD actual cross channel/affidavit amounts
Collect, record and track information received from Shopping Networks.
Prepare and submit monthly CVC commission invoice and collect monthly commission amounts.



 **This position will be in Long Island City, NY (Queens) in 2018





  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field 
  • Three (3)+ years of related, professional work experience
  • Proficient knowledge, with proven experience, of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
