The Company offers Optimum-branded digital cable television, high-speed Internet and voice services, as well as Optimum WiFi, the nation’s most robust WiFi network, to residential and business customers across the New York Tri-State area.
The Quality manager will be a Logistics interface for technical related matters associated with CPE (Consumer Premise Equipment), network gear, and related accessories.
The Quality manager will responsible for the quality assurance and process control of all Third Party Logistics Providers (3PL) including warehouse operations partner (USTC), direct fulfillment vendor, and CPE repair vendors. The manager will develop and monitor effective performance matrices for 3PL vendors. In addition the manager will be the operational liaison for the vendors which will include troubleshooting, billing accuracy and escalations.
The Quality manager will partner with 3PLs and internal teams to develop, document and implement all logistics processes under a common standard work practice to effect continuous improvement in operational efficiency and CPE product quality.
