Responsibilities

  • Investigates, compile, and maintains data. Prepares reports and documents in a proficient manner while verifying accuracy of content and adherence to company policies and procedures. Reviews data to identify basic trends.
  • Researches, obtains and document information for various reports and special assignments.
  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining confidential files and completing project oriented tasks in a timely and efficient manner ensuring adherence to company guidelines. Creates and maintains logs, records and files.
  • Manages work orders through ETS and track back work-orders with contractors, when they go out and track them back within the allotted time. 
  • Prioritize and complete multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
  • Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
  • Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
  • Write thorough reports on all activity with clear and reliable data +
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintaining office records, including records of all office expenses
  • Stocking and distributing office supplies
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinating the purchase and maintenance of office equipment
  • Coordinating with building maintenance staff and service vendors
  • COD payment management
  • Ensures all time worked is recorded accurately in the e-time/payroll system
 

Qualifications

Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Work, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Payroll Self Service (PSS) E-Time
  • Results-driven, ability to multitask , Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
  • Related work experience required
