The Senior Coordinator - Corporate Facilities, is responsible for coordinating the documentation, planning, tracking and forecasting of all project and department budget expenditures. This position will perform analysis of Facilities expenses and performs a variety of financial bookkeeping, tracking and reporting functions. This position will provide key cost reporting and administrative support to the Facilities departments. Perform various administrative duties such as compiling timesheets, tracking overtime, processing vendor invoices, and initiating purchase orders and/or payment forms. The Senior Coordinator will track validity & expiration dates of insurance certificates, building permits and, vendor qualifications, agreements, bids and other documents. Assists facilities directors with projects as needed.
The role is currently based Bethpage, NY with a future location change to Long Island City, NY in early 2018.
