The Company offers Optimum-branded digital cable television, high-speed Internet and voice services, as well as Optimum WiFi, the nation’s most robust WiFi network, to residential and business customers across the New York Tri-State area.
Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of complex administrative duties. The position may support one or more individuals.
Investigates assigned problems using established company or departmental policies and practices to determine method of research, data and information requirements and analysis techniques. Compiles, analyzes and maintains data. Prepares reports and documents in a proficient manner while verifying accuracy of content and adherence to company policies and procedures. Reviews data to identify basic trends and analysis. Reports findings to supervisor for action.
Researches and obtains information for various reports and special assignments. Responsible for organizing and maintaining confidential files and completing project oriented tasks in a timely and efficient manner ensuring adherence to company guidelines. Creates and maintains logs, records and files.
May schedule meetings, answer incoming telephone calls, which may include customer calls, and routes calls to appropriate persons, departments, or takes messages. May solve customer problems.
May perform various administrative duties such as eTime/timekeeping, receiving and routing incoming mail, processing travel and expense statements, preparing correspondence, expense reporting, filing, and maintaining department office supplies. Utilizes Oracle to initiate purchase orders and/or payment forms. May perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Utilizes various PC software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing, and graphics to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents.
Participates in more complex projects and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
