nTelligis, Altice USA’s Every-Screen Advertising Unit, builds on Altice’s position in the media industry to deliver ads that are targeted with unique viewership and attribute data. nTelligis advertising technology creates unified cross-screen audiences so each campaign is delivered in a coordinated way across tv, digital, mobile and every other screen that captures a viewer’s attention. nTelligis campaigns are measured in fine grained detail to provide an accurate picture of where ads were served, to whom, and with what results.


nTelligis is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to drive business and operational excellence across all dimensions of our digital media fulfillment group.  The successful candidate for this role will play a central role in helping us design, implement and improve the systems and procedures that create consistently high quality results for our customers. The person who assumes these responsibilities will do nothing less than turn our opportunities and resources into business success.  We are looking for someone who believes deeply that right processes combined with respect for people produces right results.  Create systems that result in 99.9% defect-free outputs.  Foster a culture of continuous improvement in our organization.  Expert collection and analysis of business requirements and objectives.  Analyzing business and technical processes to develop new and modified business information processing systems.  Communicate vision, strategies, and goals to others and influence peers.  Design complex IT processes to support media buying, media performance and media optimization.  Work on complex issues where the process analysis requires an in-depth knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem, our company, our systems and our people.  Coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.  Participate with other senior team members to establish strategic plans and objectives.  Make final decisions on operational matters and ensure effective achievement of objectives.


  • 8 years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or analytically focused business degree
  • Proven skill in leading process design and continuous improvement
  • Past experience with Lean, Kaizen, or Toyota Production Systems
  • Six Sigma, Reliability Engineer or similar certifications or equivalent training
