The Manager of Sales Operations performs planning, budgeting, and analysis for the sales organization. This role creates sales and revenue forecasts using pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key sales performance indicators and collects and analyzes data related to sales trends, pricing, performance metrics, market share, and other sales-related statistics that drive sales performance. The Manager of Sales Operations produces reports that provide insight and guidance to management for sales strategy development and maximum sales efficiency while reviewing sales operating expenses and developing tools to measure expenditures. This position works closely with marketing and finance to create effective, strategic, and competitive sales proposals.
