The a4 Media Coordinator will provide critical support to ensure the Strategy, Planning, and Buying teams operate in a highly efficient and effective manner. This primarily includes creative trafficking, campaign scheduling and management, and invoice management and reconciliation.
This position will operate in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects. This role will provide support across the media team and will be assigned projects that will support the department’s priorities. This role provides the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of media planning and buying across all channels and can serve as an entry point into launching a marketing career within the organization.
