The Dispatch Technician provides centralized control over the dispatching of Altice Business’ Field Installation group, Inside Plant (ISP), and applicable 3rd party contractors. Responds to and confirms dispatch requests from the Service Delivery Project Manager group within established company SLAs. Manages scheduled dispatches/installations through coordination with Service Delivery Project Managers, Field Installation and Inside Plant groups. Verifies all associated internal service requests (ISR) and product service requests (PSR) are ready in TBS prior to dispatch. Transfers/assigns applicable tasks in TBS to proper work queues. Creates, maintains and distributes regional and New York Metropolitan dispatch workloads. Schedules dispatch and monitor cabling orders with 3rd party cabling vendors. Reconciles cabling contractor vendor work orders to internal records and validate invoiced line items.  Ensures cabling vendors uphold SLAs; review and validate cabling vendor invoices before processing for payment. Dispatches ‘Augment’ and ‘Equipment’ surveys to Field Installation group. Requests maintenance windows for which to schedule dispatch/installations. Acts as single point of contact for dispatch status and installation issues. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in TBS/MetaSolv.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Advanced knowledge of Metro Ethernet services, and data and voice network services.
