Altice USA is one of the largest broadband communications and video services providers in the United States. We are a subsidiary of Altice NV, a convergent global leader in telecom, content, media, entertainment and advertising founded in 2001 by entrepreneur Patrick Drahi. We are driven by a philosophy to always challenge ourselves. We question everything so that we can find the best way forward for our customers. And in a world where continuous innovation is the only way forward, we are redefining the vision we have for our customers, enterprises, advertisers - and our people.

Altice Media Solutions offers local and regional advertising for businesses across a wide range of platforms, including interactive channels, on-demand services and cable television networks, powered by census-level data and cutting-edge data analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

Our business-specific, internship program encourages students to put their knowledge into practice while they develop additional skills through formalized training, valuable on-the-job experience, and structured feedback.

Interns in this role will work directly with the Account Executives and the In House producers to create digital banners for the Internet and News 12; interact with advertising clients periodically; and track month billing for completed projects. They will complete Digital Production Projects as needed, including phone/email conversations with clients, writing copy for Digital Banners, creating essential graphics, editing content, importing internet graphics as needed, and presenting finished products to clients for approval via email. They will also provide production updates to all sales managers as needed; review client content and copy for accuracy; and report all problems as they occur to the General Sales Manager. A successful intern will work within time constraints to meet two-day deadlines for banner creation and will utilize creative license to create professional banners unique to each client.

  • Completing a bachelor’s degree between December 2018 and June 2019 with preferred majors in related discipline
  • One year of graphics experience in the field or within the college setting
  • Ability to oversee numerous commercial projects and meet deadlines; recognize problems and seek solutions; and anticipate needs and ensure steady flow of workload
  • Understanding of current technologies used to produce commercials
