Reporting to the HR TECHNOLOGY & ANALYTICS  Director, the incumbent provides both functional and technical expertise on Operational processes that may impact Benefits processes. Conducts analysis and reports on Time/Labor and Payroll, troubleshooting existing applications and maintaining quality assurance of new system implementations. Organizes and participates in all phases of the implementation life cycle of all projects and conducts ongoing support and maintenance of all related systems. Participates in the quantification, documentation and testing for effectiveness of the benefits systems control processes as defined under Sarbanes-Oxley. Develops and maintains team relationships among HR TECHNOLOGY & ANALYTICS , IT, functional Payroll functional departments. 


  • Strong systems knowledge of PeopleSoft Time/Labor and Payroll
  • Overall 3-5 yrs. experience and knowledge of PeopleSoft HR TECHNOLOGY & ANALYTICS, Query and Customer Connection.
  • Technical background with programming language knowledge and applications a plus.
  • Experience with most phases of the implementation life cycle or production support.
  • Technical proficiency with PCs, MS Office and Windows environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, communication skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data and business plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
