The Sr. Coordinator provides advanced administrative assistance to guarantee the seamless execution of all Corporate Services initiatives designed to support the needs of Altice USA employees while at work. The Corporate Services initiatives include food/pantry services, meetings and events, travel and aviation services, mail services, reception, VIP tickets, fitness centers, banking and conference rooms. This position will assist with the maintenance and expansion of the national pantry and vending program, support the meetings and events process and administration, respond timely to all conference room inquiries and reservations, provide administrative support for aviation, VIP tickets and employee travel through a preferred vendor online booking portal. The Sr. Coordinator will track and maintain internal policies, invoices, vendor security clearances, vendor proposals, contracts and COI for all Corporate Service vendors. The Sr. Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination, tracking and reporting functions for assigned projects with minimal supervision.  In addition, this role will provide back-up executive reception when needed. The Sr. Coordinator will participate in special projects and performs all duties as assigned by manager, the Director of Corporate Services.


•Bachelor degree preferred.
•A minimum of three (3) years of administrative, travel and/or event experience.  Will consider an entry level candidate with good part time experience or internships.
•Strong oral and written communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office to produce high quality reports, presentations and documents.
•Experience with Cvent, Concur and Oracle a plus.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Applicants must have the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when necessary.
