Responsibilities

The Business Process Analyst supports and maintains existing in-house database applications and assist in the development of new applications to support process automation within the Collections department. This role's  focus of is to provide operational and statistical with the ability to extract, analyze, test and report on data from given systems. The Sr. Business Process Analyst must be able to translate business requests into the appropriate reports, utilizing their understanding of multiple data sources and inputs while being sufficiently knowledgeable in software capabilities to automate and streamline processes and procedures.

Qualifications

•A Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training is required.
•Minimum of two (2) years related systems experience required.
•Experience in report development utilizing a relational database such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
•Expertise in Microsoft Excel required. Familiarity/knowledge of MS Visual Basic for Applications is a plus.
•Experience with SQL Server script development, stored procedures and DTS packages a plus.
•Experience designing complex reports with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable reports a plus.
•Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy or Tableau is a plus.
