    Job Summary:

    Responsible for the planning, development, execution and ongoing management of all mass marketing initiatives. Integrates all mass marketing initiatives into overall annual marketing plan. Aids Director in analyzing outcomes and recommends strategic plans of action to increase performance of mass tactics. Incorporates results into marketing efforts on an ongoing basis.


    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop target specific (based on archetype, geography etc.) upgrade strategies that leverage segment appropriate messaging, offers and channels.
    • Overseeing development of marketing tactics from concept to execution, including direct mail, email, TV, radio, outbound telemarketing scripting, print, digital and social.
    • Collaborate cross functionally with Media, Database Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative Services, Web Team, etc. to ensure initiatives are on strategy and implemented flawlessly.
    • Monitor results and recommend enhancements to maximize results.
    • Aids Director in translating marketing planners into mass marketing plans.
    • Works on a day-to-day basis with outside agencies/vendors assigned to the team’s projects to maximize the quality and effectiveness of the work and ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy delivery of creative.
    • Evaluate and update all mass tactics to meet updated legal requirements and evolving brand identity.


    The Marketing Specialist’s primary focus is to execute upgrade marketing initiatives that provide measurable results for product objectives and sales goals.



    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
    • Minimum of 3 – 5 years in agency account management, marketing project management or direct mail marketing experience
    • Integrated marketing and advertising experience with knowledge of creative development, production, media and/or direct marketing required
    • Experience interfacing with creative agencies/vendors
    • Strong project management skills with proven ability to perform simultaneous tasks at a high level of effectiveness
    • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with proven ability to give extensive creative and copywriting direction
    • An organizationally savvy and perceptive person who is alert to internal politics and forges strong relationships within organization
    • Extremely detailed-oriented and organized
    • Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to react and adapt to fast-changing business environment
    • Ability to develop and maintain budgets and timelines
    • Experience in telecommunications a plus
