The Sr Technical Compliance Technician will assist with quality assurance and standardization as it relates to the policies & procedures for the field operation preventative maintenance teams. Work closely with plant Maintenance teams throughout Cablevision to ensure that all required rules and regulations- of any regulatory agencies are adhered to. Through random system visits, perform testing on the external plant to ensure compliance to all Cablevision; FCC and local regulator's technical standards. Review all policies and procedures (PM & FS) in the overall maintenance & performance of the cable plant. Draft reports providing feedback to management.
Additional Responsibilities: Responsible but not limited to the repair and maintenance of cable plant and systems components through Headend to distribution system in a manner that ensures company technical requirements are adhered to, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction through high level operational efficiency. Position serves as a conduit for the delivery of all products such as Video, HSD, and Telephony customer.
