The Sales New Build Coordinator performs clerical, administrative for the department Director and staff, requiring a thorough knowledge of the department’s policies and practices. Assignments generally involve work of a complex nature that assists all sales channels and Wi-Fi team in ensuring the efficient operation of department(s). Ensures that all stages of contraction process are properly communicated, all systems are updated and all tasks including payments are completed. Runs reports in Salesforce.com for NYMA Sales Director. Creates processes and procedures for all Sales New Build channels and Wi-Fi team. Runs reports in ETS and manage daily interaction with construction and design till project completion and insure current SLA’s are met on all projects. Manages Sales New Build mail box within SLA time frames. Communicates with customers internally and externally in a timely, professional manner. Updates ETS, IDA, and Salesforce.com with all customer contacts and update to date project information. Processes construction contribution payments accurately. Prepares and proofreads correspondence, reports and other materials. May plan layout of reports and statistical tables. Uses various PC software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing, and graphics to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• 3 – 5 years administrative experience.
• Proficient knowledge, with proven experience, of Microsoft Office applications. Salesforce experience a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
• Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice.
