    We are hiring a Head of Marketing for Altice USA News who will focus on News12 and i24 product - both hyper local and global audiences



    Responsible for identifying our target audiences and driving audience growth – core focus on driving audience engagement across medians, focusing on viewer engagement and growth (across TV, digital, distributed media (social)).

    Create and execute marketing plans for each business

    Lead business development discussions with key partners and distributors

    Manage the News12 and i24 brand and consumer messages

    Serves as leader liaison to PR, Ad Sales, and key distribution partners

    Targeted audiences, clear viewer profiles will drive partnership with advertisers.

    Goal is to drive business value – and partner with sales to identify channels for business development on advertising sales side

    Focus on building upon the image/brand of the news products, such as continuation of building trust in the brands

    Lead all marketing/promotional strategies in an effort to drive growth and ad sales

    Grow and build a team with the mindset to innovate news, innovate how we take to our audience and prospective audiences

    Work with the executive team to drive strategic business opportunities



    • Proven track record leading marketing and distribution; demonstrating revenue channels to increase viewer engagement. Identify business development opportunities
    • 10+ years of proven success in driving strategic business development new marketing strategies, joint ventures, and distribution partnerships.
    • Experience in news/communications related organizations a plus
    • Experience launching new ventures and transforming traditional brands in a fast paced larger scale environment (either in house venture or agency/consulting firm)
    • Deep understanding of audience segments with related exp in focus group management, data analysis
    • Strong experience in executive presentation, measures of success, can gather, build, and tell a story with data points that showcases value of our brands and a story about our audiences
    • Ability to generate and evaluate ideas for best-in-class digital platforms, content, and bring to life
    • Experience managing multiple projects and bring them in on budget and on time
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure and quickly shift direction/scope of projects to meet the needs of the company
