    Responsibilities

    Under general supervision, the Coordinator II maximizes external and internal customer experience by providing knowledge and support of extreme complexity in all areas of research, root-cause analysis, auditing and customer service in a multi-product environment.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum five plus year’s cable experience including advanced knowledge of the billing system, collection modules, account lifecycle, and order processing.
    • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Customer Service policies & procedures.
    • Must have advanced knowledge of Optimum products and services, including current promotional offerings
    • Expert proficiency levels in the following web tools and applications: DDP/IDA, KDB, Marquee, Outlook, Boris, Ping/Poll, AMS, Pactolus, OSRS, JSI, Zoom, CVT, Salesforce, Trio, Boost2, Remedy, SIP Portal, Tibco, Oracle and Access database packages a must.
    • Excellent listening skills and patience required
    • Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and analytical skills.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
    • Advanced knowledge and skills of computer software, utilizing windows based software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access).
