    The Product Management role is responsible for leading product management and strategy, with a focus on merchandising, devices, retail and connected home.  This role is accountable for delivering comprehensive and innovative products that attract new customer relationships and retain our current subscribers.


    The role also provides business success by meeting user needs through the continual planning and execution of product solutions, and have a market-driven focus to provide long-term, sustainable, and profitable business. Serves as a market expert for the organization to drive strategy, go-to-market approach, and operational models.  Assists in the creation of product and business plans that identify market opportunities, and collaborates with multiple roles and departments to ensure the company’s various functions are aligned with product strategy. Responsible for researching technological developments and trends, and competitor strengths and weaknesses. Understands what the customer needs and how to produce a product that meets that need. Leads team efforts for the development of product strategy, a roadmap for development, and execution. Evangelizes the product internally to the executive team and colleagues, while remaining customer-driven, representing customers through the product development process. Validates the product through customer interviews, prototypes, and beta tests, while also working to improve time to everything.


    This position requires a highly motivated individual with solid technical and leadership capabilities to work within Connectivity and Merchandising. They will be responsible to interface with OEMs to launch products. The person will have to work every facet of the project from start to finish and will develop the

    The Senior Director will design and develop a comprehensive product plan and leverage appropriate innovation frameworks to identify potential insights and areas of opportunity. The individual will be responsible for project management and must rally cross functional teams to ensure adherence to project milestones.  Work with key areas of the business and leverage resources across the enterprise.  

    A strategist, with a laser focus on innovation and cost reduction, will develop the strategic vision for Connected Home and Merchandising, starting from the product strategy to the product set.


    • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of retail, merchandising, wireless, retail products and technologies
    • Strong understanding of business fundamentals, competitive landscape, and consumer trends
    • Minimum of 10 years of ecommerce, digital experience, leading and managing complex, strategic projects
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives and work across all levels of the organization. 
    • Advanced understanding and master level of expertise in project management 
    • Exceptional interpersonal/people skills including verbal and written communications skills, with ability to manage executive-level discussions
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to facilitate communications and projects across cross functional teams
    • Experience in the lifecycle of development and customer experience

    • Knowledgeable across many functional areas, including strategy, product management, business acumen, business development, and product marketing
    • Ability to manage operating expenses against established budgets
