The Credit & Collections Account Representative is responsible for the overall management of assigned Business Accounts from credit approvals through collection activity for the local and/or regional ad sales divisions. The Account Representative is responsible to analyze and process new and existing orders within company policies, by reviewing outstanding balances, processing a credit application and/or following up with clients to obtain remittance status. This position ensures that all checks, GL transfers, and adjustments are posted correctly. This individual will review, reconcile and submit adjustment documentation to sales for A/R entry, analyze all new orders to determine new business status, escalate problems as needed to management, etc.
