Altice USA News is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated News Coordinator. Responsibilities include Coordinating division events and initiatives (eg. Monthly/Quarterly meetings, holiday events). Tracking and filing departmental invoices and handling departmental purchasing. Collecting and managing information and project status reports from each business/region within the News Division. Assisting in pulling reports and business performance metrics. Leading response activity around viewer outreach. Creating presentations and other documentation (e.g. meeting notes). Managing calendars, appointments, travel and expenses for News Division Management team. Coordinating facilities services and acting as the office manager for the department. Assisting managers with new employee set-up, from network access to space allocation (including interns).
