    Responsibilities

    The Collections Coordinator generates reports, coordinates internal/external communications, supports and administers projects, and provides quality internal and external customer services. The Collections Coordinator I processes correspondences, reviews and codes information for processing.  In addition, this position compiles data and creates reports and performs research regarding invoicing problems

    Qualifications

    • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • One to Two years plus cable experience including knowledge of billing system collection modules and order processing.
    • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Collections and Company policies and procedures.
    •  Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and analytical skills.
    • Advanced knowledge and skills of computer software, utilizing windows based software (Microsoft Word, Excel).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
